Having a passion for “precision-performance” through creating results-driven solutions with clarity, I have played an integral role in customer experience at the Boeing Company through strategic design and implementation. At King County Information Technology, I executed on initiatives that ensured best-in-class experiences through customer feedback, insights, surveys, and in person engagements. With more than 12 years of professional experience in communications and marketing strategies, I pride myself on having the ability to listen to people because it allows me capture creative ideas before providing inspiring and solution-based recommendations. I believe in clear communication that focuses on products, services, support, marketing, and customer engagement that leads to increased customer and employee satisfaction. I also collaborate and work well with others at all levels (both internal and external to King County) to gain trust and support in accomplishing the goals at hand.
